Cool down

​

The cool down helps all this by keeping the blood circulating, which in turn helps to prevent blood pooling and also removes waste products from the muscles. This circulating blood also brings with it the oxygen and nutrients needed by the muscles, tendons and ligaments for repair.

NSW Rugby were developing this app as a coaching platform, however given the current COVID-19 situation the most important thing they could do was to change direction and get something into the hands and phones of rugby players of all ages so they can continue to stay connected to rugby. The platform gives them something they can do at home, while they are missing out on the great connections that rugby at BMGS provides. The following is a sample of what is provided on the app:

b)      Register as a user – make sure you pick PLAYER not coach,  It will send you an email that you have to activate the account within 7 days
