Wellbeing Program Term 4, 2021

This Term we will be working on a whole school wellbeing and co-curricular program. This program will include wellbeing and co-curricular activities. The wellbeing program will be covering the 7 dimensions of wellness.  Each week will be dedicated to a different dimension. Not only will you be participating in a number of different activities but you will also be accumulating points for your tutor and house.

Find an activity you would like to complete. It might be a short activity worth 1 point or a longer one worth a few more points. Remember you will be covering one dimension of wellness per week. Click on the image on the right to start.

Complete the activity

3.

Log your activities and points on your log sheet

4.

Hand in your log sheet to your tutor at the end of each week

5.

Your tutor will record your points every week

6.
